Updated to set the proper PlatformTransactionManager for Single-Task
...
Spring integration's DefaultLockRepository requires a TransactionManager.
However it assumes that only one is available. Since task can have more than one, we are allowed to tell SI which one to use

Resolves #818
This resolves the scenario where a JobExecutionListenerSupport fails before the TaskBatchExecutionListener fires and thus the TASK-BATCH table is not populated.
