Use a ImportBeanDefinitionRegistrar to register BeanPostProcessors
rather than using @Bean definitions. Prevents warnings about
beans not having all BeanPostProcessors applied.

Rework TomcatEmbeddedWebappClassLoader to deal with the fact that
the 'system' field is final in Tomcat 8.
