Previously to this commit, if a `@ControllerEndpoint`,
`@RestControllerEndpoint` or `@ServletEndpoint` annotated bean was
proxied, the endpoint wasn't properly detected.

This commit makes sure that annotation retrieval works on the user class
while preserving the get (vs. find) retrieval semantic
