8fcda41339 Ability to supply custom reactive ClientHttpConnector. 
We now wrap ClientHttpConnector with a wrapper (ClientHttpConnectorWrapper) to allow supplying a custom ClientHttpConnector.

a9fd88c3b7 Reconfigure loggers of Vault client components during ConfigData bootstrap. 
We now reconfigure loggers through reflection of VaultPropertySource, SecretLeaseContainer and other components to obtain log events during the bootstrap.

Closes gh-565.

e330a6cbae Remove ConditionalOnBean for VaultHealthIndicatorAutoConfiguration. 
VaultHealthIndicatorAutoConfiguration is now activated regardless of the presence of VaultBootstrapConfiguration. We also ensure that VaultHealthIndicatorAutoConfiguration gets configured after VaultAutoConfiguration and VaultReactiveAutoConfiguration to correctly detect VaultOperations and ReactiveVaultOperations beans.

a16af21f32 Polishing 
Allow SecretBackendMetadata to implement ApplicationEventPublisherAware. Register application event publisher after boostrap with ConsulBackendMetadata.

Add integration tests.
